The San Miguel is located at Interstate 10 and UTSA Boulevard in San Antonio. The 330-unit, gated Class-A community is situated on 17.45 acres. The project’s strategic location serves many of the area’s largest employers including Valero, the University of Texas at San Antonio and the South Texas Medical Center. The contemporary Spanish-Mission style architecture includes a 5,600-square-foot, two-story clubhouse that overlooks a courtyard with a resort-style pool and cabana. Other amenities include a billiards room, fitness center, conference room, business center, car care center and a large pet park. Completed in 2004, the project was sold in 2006.
