The Early Childhood Development Center was the first project of its kind in the country. Its experience and exhibits are focused on children from birth to 4 years old. The project,which covers 1.75 acres, includes a 4,000-square-foot building that houses animals and serves as a pumphouse for the exhibit’s water features.
