The New Braunfels Distribution Center will consist of seven, Class-A, high-cube distribution warehouses, situated on approximately 55 acres. Buildings will range in size from an 86,400-square-foot., “rear-load” warehouse up to a “double-loaded” building of approximately 174,000 square feet., totaling 860,400 square feet of total developed space. Phase I of the development will consist of one “rear-load” building of approximately 96,000 square feet. The City of New Braunfels has qualified the property for Freeport Exemption, thereby eliminating the tax on certain Freeport goods in accordance with Texas law. |
