Located near the intersection of FM 306 and Goodwin Lane in northern New Braunfels, Texas. The entrance to the New Braunfels Distribution Center is approximately 0.75 miles from the FM 306 exit from Interstate 35. New Braunfels Distribution Center will be comprised of four, Class-A, high-cube distribution warehouses. Buildings range in size from a 60,000-square-foot, rear-load warehouse up to a double-loaded building of approximately 142,000 square feet. Prior to full development, the site can lend itself to combining two or more of the floor plates to create a double-loaded building in excess of 320,000 square feet. Phase I of the development will consist of one rear load building of approximately 105,600 square feet.
