This medical office building is located within La Frontera, a master-planned mixed-use development just north of Austin, Texas in Round Rock, Texas. Austin Regional Clinic, Central Texas’ most prominent physicians group, had outgrown its previous location and turned to Koontz McCombs for a solution. Working closely with the clinic’s facilities personnel, its space planners and our architects, Koontz McCombs delivered a custom-designed faciltiy to meet the clinic’s exact needs.
